Friday and weekday sessions deliver the same course content — they’re simply offered at different times. Please choose the time that fits best; enrolling in both for the same course is not recommended.

Speak Up & Shine

Friday: 9:00–10:30 am • Monday: 4:00–5:30 pm

“Want to speak so people actually listen — and have fun doing it? In Speak Up & Shine, we’ll play awesome speaking games, tell stories that make people lean in, and learn little tricks that make your words powerful. You’ll get to share your ideas, cheer for your classmates, and try new challenges that make you braver every time you talk. By the end, you’ll feel more confident speaking in class, leading a group, or even grabbing the mic on stage.” (Parents: Builds public speaking, clear communication, and leadership skills in a supportive, confidence‑boosting environment.)

The YOU Project

Friday: 11:00–12:30 pm • Tuesday: 4:00–5:30 pm

“Your life is your masterpiece — let’s design it! In The YOU Project, we’ll dig into what makes you, YOU — your awesome strengths, what you care about most, and the big dreams you want to chase. You’ll do hands‑on projects, fun challenges, and creative activities that help you figure out your story and where you’re headed. And at the end, you’ll have something special to keep as a reminder of the amazing person you are and the adventures ahead.” (Parents: Strengthens self‑awareness, vision, and goal‑setting for confidence and a purposeful future.)

The Wellness Lab

Friday: 1:15–2:45 pm • Wednesday: 4:00–5:30 pm

“Want to have more energy, focus better, and know easy ways to feel amazing every day? In The Wellness Lab, we’ll make and taste yummy snacks (that secretly help you feel great), figure out what foods give you power, and learn tricks to recharge your brain and body when you’re tired or stressed. You’ll leave with fun ideas you can use at home — and maybe even teach your family a thing or two!” (Parents: Encourages healthy food choices, stress management, and daily habits that fuel both body and mind.)

About the Teacher

Lyndi Eimerl is a passionate facilitator, creative educator, entrepreneur, and mom of three who loves creating spaces where young people can grow in confidence, creativity, and real‑life skills. Over the years, she’s homeschooled her own children, hosted a variety of enrichment experiences for kids and has spent more than a decade mentoring women toward more peaceful, authentic lives.

Lyndi’s peaceful, grounded energy, kind heart, and intuitive presence help kids feel safe, seen, and inspired — and she’s so excited to bring ThriveUp Academy to life in the community.
